Sunset donkey dancing

The donkeys are always good fun as the sun goes down. It seems to be a chance to celebrate the end of the heat of the day. Now the foals are much bigger, I have to take more care when filming them as I end up in the middle of a stampede.

About Gareth Thomas

A fairly mixed career starting as an aircraft technician and later Franciscan friar eventually led into secondary school teaching. I settled in Spain where I teach Geography part-time and spend the rest of my time looking after the needs of four donkeys in a remote location in the mountains in the Costa Blanca. I have three blogs: a geography blog and a donkey blog begun in 2015, plus an old donkey blog which ran from 2010 to 2015.

Thanks, Sandy. If you do revisit this blog, please tell me what is that great big furry animal on your Facebook page! Is it a big dog or a small equine or a llama wearing a tartan waistcoat?
